In Cherished Memory. . .

Dee Underwood October 12, 1938 - April 19, 2016

The Franklin County rural water community recently lost one of its most influential members with the death of Dee Underwood.  Although most closely associated with District One, many in other water districts met Dee and reached out to her for advice.  Dee was the "gold standard" for council that we knew would be accurate, honest, and ethical, and many used that resource as a guiding principle.   She made important contributions to rural water at a time when districts were being established.  She will be missed, and we all are a little poorer with her passing.
