Statements were mailed and E-statements sent today.  Lead and copper surveys were included with the paper statements.  Customers receiving electronic statements are directed to the website "Forms & Reports" tab.

This may be an "ugh" moment, but it is very important that everyone complete and return a survey.  We are required by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment to gather data on every unit from the meter to the tap.  Customers owning more than one benefit unit will need to complete and return a survey for each unit with a meter.

Each survey completed and returned will be entered in a drawing for a Yeti cooler.  Water district staff and board members are not eligible to win.
