We are experiencing some difficulty with our bill payment "button" today.  We are in the process of changing our merchant service provider so that we can provide you with lower convenience fees.  Going forward, the fee for using a credit or debit card will be 2.4% rather than 2.5% with a minimum fee of $1.00; and the fee for using an electronic check will be $1.00 rather than $1.50.

We apologize for the inconvenience as we make this transition.  We hope to be fully functional again by January 6.
