Ottawa has experienced several major watermain breaks. These were due to incresing pressure and attempting to fill their new water tower South of town on I-35. These watermain breaks have affected the pressure on the watermain which supplies a large area of our district with water. Minimal pressure remains while repairs are underway. Normal pressure will return this evening when repairs are complete. Likely to later in the eveing as multiple crews work on repairs. We thank you for your patience.
