2025 Summer Helper Wanted

Franklin County Rural Water District #1 is seeking a Temporary Summer Helper. Tasks will include (but may not be limited to) mowing, weed eating, spraying weeds, trimming brush, cleaning buildings, and exercising water valves.  Must be at least 17 years old, have a valid drivers license, and be able to work independently. Pay is $16.50/hr with up to 30 hours available weekly M-F. No benefits provided. Will need to drive a personal vehicle daily to our shop in Leloup where a Water District truck will be provided from there for the needed tasks. No experience is needed, however, applicant  must be willing to learn how to operate a push mower, drive a stand on mower, use a string trimmer and other required tasks. Application period closes May 27th. We plan to do a basic interview and have a Helper start on, or before, June 2nd.
